About Nathan
I’m Dr. Nathan Jenkins, a PhD-trained exercise physiologist with a background in both academic research and applied coaching.
Grounded in evidence, I’ve spent years studying human performance, metabolism, and behavior change. I now apply that knowledge to help people build sustainable systems around nutrition, training, and lifestyle.
My approach emphasizes simplicity and execution. That means no extreme rules, no one-size-fits-all plans, and no reliance on constant tracking. Instead, coaching centers on clarity, accountability, and ongoing course correction as life happens.
A core part of my work is the simultaneous pursuit of health, performance, and body composition, without sacrificing enjoyment of food.
I believe nutrition should support both outcomes and quality of life. That means learning how to eat in a way that aligns with your goals while still cooking, eating, and enjoying food that actually tastes good.
I work with a limited number of clients at a time to provide thoughtful, high-touch coaching. The goal is not short-term compliance, but long-term competence, helping clients understand what they’re doing, why it works, and how to adapt over time.
Coaching is a collaborative process. My role is to provide structure, perspective, and guidance as you build something truly sustainable.
